RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Email us and inform us of your return.
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.
Close the box and taped it securely.
Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods.
We kindly advise that the items on sale for no profit projects cannot be changed or returned.
We recommend posting within 7 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage
to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Customer is responsible for the generated return costs.
The product must be in perfect conditions and the original labels need to be included.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team.
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged,
you must contact us within 5 days of receipt we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size.
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.
Exchanges shipped to you free of charge.
Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately,
we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be,
as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs,
customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel,
the order will be returned to South Korea and will not be re-shipped.
Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
